For NON-REFUNDABLE bookings the customer pays the full amount at the time of booking and is not entitled to a refund if he cancels at any time after booking.

For STANDARD bookings the customer pays a deposit equal to 30% of the total at the time of booking and is entitled to a refund if he cancels up to 3 before check-in.
